Run regional freight, and enjoy steady pay, consistent miles, and reliable home time. This regional fleet offers balanced schedules, strong support, and opportunities for both new and experienced CDL-A drivers.

Job Details

  • Lane type : OTR Dry Van (Eastern Regional)
  • Home time : Every two weeks
  • Freight type : Mix of drop & hook, live load / unload, and pallet-jack-assisted freight
  • Operating area : Eastern states — AL, GA, FL, TN, KY, NC, SC, VA, PA, OH, and more
  • Consistent, year-round freight
  • Average weekly miles : 1,800–2,300

Pay & Bonuses

  • Average weekly earnings : $1,200–$1,500
  • Pay rate : $0.55–$0.65 CPM ( all miles paid, loaded and empty )
  • Bonus : Up to $0.08 CPM for safety and performance
  • Stop pay : $15 per stop

    • Benefits

  • Rider policy : passengers 12+ allowed
  • Pet policy : dogs up to 40 lbs (available from day one; trainees after solo upgrade)

    • Requirements

  • Must be 21 or older with a valid Class A CDL
  • Held a U.S. driver’s license for at least 12 months
  • Clean MVR and PSP — no major violations or preventable accidents in 3 years
  • No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years
  • No DUI / DWI in past 5 years (10 if while holding CDL)
  • Stable employment history with no major gaps
  • Must pass urine and hair drug test and DOT physical
  • Military experience may qualify with DD214

    • Trainee Program

  • Recent CDL-A graduates encouraged to apply
  • 4–6 week hands-on mentor program with real OTR experience
  • Minimum 120 hours from an accredited trucking school required
  • Stable employment record with no major gaps
