Overview :

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely execution of data entry shipment tracking scheduling and dispatch processes to ensure seamless logistics operations. This role requires strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with brokers carriers customers and internal teams. The Logistics Coordinator also plays a critical role in maintaining data integrity and supporting the teams growth and performance goals.

1. Data Entry

Build and close loads accurately in the system.

Enter all relevant shipment data including :

Load information

Customer details

Shipping and receiving information

Purchase order data

Shipping orders

2. Quoting

Review load details and advise which mode is appropriate (LTL Volume FTL)

Audit the commodity to ensure we are using the correct NMFC and Class

3. Scheduling / Booking

4. Dispatch Operations

5. Monitoring Tracking & Issue Resolution

6. Database & Address Book Maintenance

7. Claims
