Position Overview

Join a team where your expertise makes an impact! We're looking for an experienced

Estimator / Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys seeing projects come to life. In this role, you'll take ownership of estimating and managing multiple construction projects—from initial bid to successful completion—while ensuring quality, safety, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate quantity estimates, pricing, and schedules for multiple projects.
  • Visit job sites weekly to monitor progress, update schedules, and review costs with the Project Superintendent.
  • Manage project profitability through regular cost reviews and proactive adjustments.
  • Oversee awarded projects, ensuring safety compliance, schedule adherence, and quality standards.
  • Handle change orders, subcontractor coordination, and vendor management.
  • Drive continuous improvement and efficiency across all phases of project delivery.

    • What We're Looking For

  • Experience : 5+ years in construction estimating and project management (or equivalent education / experience).
  • Skills : Strong understanding of crew production, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Communication : Excellent verbal and written skills for working with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
  • Tech Savvy : Comfortable with database software and project management tools.
