Position Overview : Join our dynamic Internal Float Pool as a Registered Nurse (RN) where you will have the unique opportunity to work in various units including ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center. Every shift will provide you with new experiences and challenges that foster your professional growth.

Shift Details :

Shift : 3rd Shift (7 PM - 7 AM)
Work Hours : 36 hours per week with a self-scheduling model
Schedule : 2 Mondays, 2 Fridays, 1 Weekend, and 2 Holidays (1 Summer & 1 Winter) every 6 weeks

Your Role :

Float between units providing high-quality, patient-centered care

Utilize your skills to adapt to fast-paced environments while ensuring clinical excellence

Collaborate with healthcare team members to create a therapeutic environment

Requirements :

Minimum of 18 months experience in Med / Surg or Telemetry (2 years preferred)

Active Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Willingness to work flexible shifts and adapt to varying unit workflows
