Automotive Sales Manager

Neil Huffman Automotive Group is looking for a high energy, driven, people-focused Sales Manager with a background in Finance to lead our sales team at our Mazda / VW location. These opportunities are rare. If you're motivated by results, team development, and creating an exceptional customer experience, this is the opportunity for you.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop the new & used vehicle sales teams
  • Drive sales performance and profitability goals
  • Coach, motivate, and grow high-performing team members
  • Oversee inventory management, advertising, and promotions
  • Partner closely with F&I and administration for smooth operations
  • Maintain a professional showroom and customer experience
  • Monitor market trends and respond quickly to challenges

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in automotive sales management
  • Finance / F&I background strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build culture, morale, and consistent results
