Maintenance Supervisor

Description

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health operates a comprehensive network of services that positively impact the lives of thousands of children and their families every year. Devereux-Arizona serves more than 4000 individuals with emotional behavioral and cognitive differences each year across the state. We offer residential treatment short-term residential treatment a private school community-based services prevention programs respite services and therapeutic foster care.

As a Maintenance Supervisor you will provide working supervision of preventative and routine maintenance of buildings vehicles and grounds as required and assigned by the Facility Manager or designated administrative representative. This position performs complete facility inspection at specified frequencies and documents inspection results in the prescribed manner according to the policies and procedures. You will also address deficiencies prioritize and assign work orders and assure compliance for safety standards / codes.

Pay Range : $25.00 / hr - $27.50 / hr based on experience and education

Schedule : Monday-Friday 7 : 00am - 3 : 30pm
