Great Hill Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Modeling and Simulation Policy Analyst to provide and support our government customer with on-site modeling and simulation policy support. This position will be on-site in Patuxent River, Maryland.

This position will entail supporting the Naval Air Systems Command (NavAir), in particular, the Digital Analytics, Infrastructure and Technology Advancement (DAiTA) Group.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Conduct research and data gathering on existing plans, roadmaps, and similar documents across the DoW, Joint Commands, NATO organizations, and the Services
  • Distribute draft documents for review and comment, adjudicating inputs, updating drafts based on feedback, conducting technical editorial updates, and preparing documents for formal staffing
  • Conduct research and analysis of existing policies to identify gaps and provide recommendations for new or revised policies

Support the development, promulgation, and implementation of M&S standards to enable reuse, interoperability, and composability of M&S software and systems

  • Gather M&S standards requirements from DON developers and users
  • Coordinate with Navy and DoW user communities, other Services, and Agencies
  • Work closely with the NMSO Program Manager and Senior Program Analyst.
  • Requirements and Qualifications

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, etc.)
  • Desired Requirements and Qualifications

  • Active Top Secret
