Qualification : Board-certified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). Interest in practicing at the top of your license in a supportive, team-based setting. Open to candidates launching their careers or seeking a professional change. Practice in the Heart of the Community Flexible Scheduling : Monday – Friday 7 am – 3 pm (additional pay for hours worked after 3 pm). 1 : 6 called – shared equally from home with a 30-minute call back. Key Responsibilities : Manage general bread and butter cases and OB. No heads. No hearts Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a family-like culture where camaraderie is key. Join a team making a meaningful difference in the lives of our neighbors. Compensation and Benefits : Compensation : Guaranteed salary of $285,000, which includes a quality bonus and call pay.
