LVN / LPN

Insight Global is seeking to hire a LVN / LPN (Licensed Vocational Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our Crisis Stabilization Unit and residential program supporting youth in crisis. Key Responsibilities include :

• Work closely with RN Supervisor to deliver high quality care.
• Provide direct support and supervision to youth in crisis stabilization and residential settings.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Address medical, physical and dental needs; complete intake screenings.
• Support behavioral health plans and wellness initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.

Maintain accurate documentation and comply with health and safety standards.

Required Skills & Experience

2 years of experience in a clinical or behavioral health setting.
