Position : Litigation Paralegal

Responsibilities :

• Manage litigation matters, including preparing pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery.
• Utilize Westlaw for legal research.
• Handle a wide variety of litigation, with emphasis on commercial litigation.
• Manage and ensure quality control of electronic documents.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, attorneys, and staff.
