Business Insights Director

A company is looking for a Business Insights and Operations Director to lead a team focused on enhancing business intelligence and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the Business Operations team, ensuring effective performance and adherence to Christian values

Provide data-driven recommendations for strategic decisions and manage the budgeting and financial planning processes

Oversee reporting, documentation, and data management processes to ensure compliance and data quality

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Mature Christian faith and commitment to the organization's mission and values

Training in business intelligence, data analytics, and reporting, with experience in relevant software preferred

At least 10 years of professional experience, including 3 years in a senior leadership role

Ability to manage and mentor staff in a remote and culturally diverse environment

Knowledge of data privacy regulations and non-profit finance requirements
