Key Responsibilities
Provide live interpretation during client meetings, facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Translate emails, documentation, and slide decks, often refining AI-translated drafts
Clarify meaning across languages, flag ambiguous phrasing, and support ad hoc translation tasks
Required Qualifications
Professional knowledge of English, with experience in interpreting for software or web companies preferred
Native Japanese speaker, sensitive to Japanese communication norms
Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively with clients
Flexible and remote working arrangement
Long-term ongoing freelance engagement
