Job Details

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Home Health RN for a 13-week travel assignment in O Fallon, Illinois. Required Qualifications :

• One year of recent experience as a Registered Nurse, including a minimum of six months in a Home Health setting as an RN
• Proficient in OASIS documentation
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
• BLS certification (AHA / ARC)

A Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) delivers direct nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring comfort, stability, and effective management of their medical conditions.
