• Meet with warm buyer leads and build lasting client relationships
• Schedule and conduct showings open houses and buyer consultations
• Advise clients on local market trends and homebuying strategies
• Guide buyers through financing options and the offer process
• Negotiate purchase agreements to help clients win deals
• Deliver a 5-star experience from first contact to closing
• Maintain CRM follow-ups and work a flexible schedule including some evenings / weekends
• 1 year of experience as a real estate or buyers agent preferred
• Active South Carolina Real Estate License
• Knowledge of the local Charleston real estate market
• Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage and convert leads
• Highly motivated organized and committed to client service
• Available to work 4050 hours / week including weekends
