Key Responsibilities
Create and deliver renewal quotes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer agreements
Build foundational relationships with assigned accounts and proactively address customer needs
Track customer health scores and assist in responding to customer concerns and issues
Required Qualifications
0-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, preferably in a SaaS or subscription-based environment
Basic knowledge of CRM software and customer success tools is a plus, but not required
Highly organized with the ability to manage a portfolio of accounts
Eagerness to develop and grow in the customer success space
Desire to learn how to engage and support customers
