Experienced Service Plumbing Technician

1-Tom-Plumber is a fast-growing emergency plumbing start-up that provides services to the community. We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Plumbing Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in solving problems, providing excellent service, and representing the company with professionalism in every home or business they enter.

Responsibilities :

  • Diagnose, repair, and install residential and light commercial plumbing systems
  • Perform service calls including drains, fixtures, water heaters, leaks, and piping repairs
  • Provide clear communication and options to customers while maintaining a professional and friendly attitude
  • Generate estimates and explain recommendations to customers with confidence
  • Maintain accurate job notes, invoices, and records using company software (ServiceTitan experience a plus)
  • Keep company vehicle stocked, clean, and in good working condition

    • Follow safety standards and company policies at all times

    Requirements :

  • 2+ years of hands-on service plumbing experience
  • Boiler experience is a HUGE + and will compensated accordingly
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
