Our long-term care facility is seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing with Registers Nurse valid license. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for providing quality care to our residents.

Director of Nursing Registers Nurse (RN) Key Duties

  • Ensuring all nursing staff provides quality resident care that meets or exceeds company and regulatory standards.
  • Will set objectives and long-term goals for the nursing department and will guide staffing procedures.
  • Director of Nursing ensuring compliance with local, state, federal regulatory standards.
  • Lead and or participate in Quality Improvement (QI) groups and other multidisciplinary meetings.
  • Perform other job-related duties as they become required.

Director of Nursing Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Valid RN license in the state of AL.

CPR certification required.

2 years’ experience in long-term care or a related setting.

1 years’ experience in Nursing Service Administration.
