Kitchen Manager

FastTrax Fort Myers is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead all kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production, efficiency, and compliance with safety and sanitation standards.

This individual will oversee the kitchen team, manage inventory, control food costs, and maintain a clean and organized environment to provide an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth food preparation and service.

Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and consistency.

Hire, train, and mentor kitchen staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Manage staff schedules to optimize labor efficiency.

Monitor inventory, control food costs, and order supplies to meet budget goals.

Enforce food safety and sanitation regulations, ensuring proper storage, handling, and cleanliness.

Collaborate with management on menu development and promotions.

Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and operational.

Address and resolve customer concerns related to food quality and service.

Qualifications and Requirements Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or entertainment venue.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Extensive knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

Proficiency in inventory management and cost control.

Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Culinary certification or relevant training is a plus.
