A company is looking for a Database Administrator (DBA) to support their Federal Health IT customer by managing and maintaining databases.

Key Responsibilities :

Provision, configure, and maintain RDBMS in AWS RDS using IAC scripting

Monitor database operations and system performance metrics to identify potential risks / issues

Optimize application SQL queries and database for faster performance and high availability

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related information technology field

3 years of experience in administering, managing, and tuning databases

2 years of experience with Postgres DBMS and managing RDS in AWS

1 year of experience with implementing and using Liquibase to manage database changes

US Citizen or Permanent Resident required, with a clean background check
