Position Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Wellness Director to join our team. The Wellness Director will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing comprehensive wellness programs that enhance the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in wellness and health promotion, who is committed to fostering a positive and healthy environment for our community.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify the wellness needs of residents and create personalized wellness plans.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive community environment that encourages residents to participate in wellness activities.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of wellness programs, resident participation, and progress.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in senior wellness and incorporate new ideas into the community's wellness offerings.
• Provide leadership and supervision to staff, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as LPN of GA.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Wellness Director, Director of Nursing or Care Management position, preferably in a senior living setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with residents.
• Proven leadership abilities and experience managing a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
