Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Site Manager to join their team. As a Site Manager, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the manufacturing site. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : El Paso, TX

Pay Range : $38 / hr-$40 / hr

What's the Job?

• Coordinate all aspects of property management, maintenance, and record keeping for a 24 / 7 manufacturing site.
• Act as the primary liaison with clients, managing staff, financials, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee repairs, maintenance, and site inspections to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of documentation and reports related to facility operations.
• Monitor the facility to ensure it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained, including machinery and electrical systems.
