As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned healthcare locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a welcoming presence to patients, visitors, and staff. What You'll Do : Provide customer service to individuals at the location by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment within the healthcare setting. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns. Monitor premises and report any unusual conditions, hazards, or suspicious activity encountered during patrols to appropriate personnel. Maintain detailed and accurate records of incidents, patrols, and daily activities as required by Allied Universal and site management. Assist with controlling access to the location by verifying credentials and / or directing visitors as needed, in accordance with site protocols. Minimum Requirements : At least 6 months of security-related experience is required. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
