• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and hotel policies
• Manage and supervise accounting staff, providing training and performance evaluations
• Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits and ensure timely completion
• Monitor cash flow, revenue, and expenses to optimize financial performance
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard hotel assets
