Position Overview :

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality nursing care to our residents. In this crucial role, you will collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to promote the well-being of our residents, administer medications, and assist with daily activities. Key Responsibilities :

• Patient Care : Provide nursing care as directed by residents' care plans and assist with daily living activities.
• Medication Administration : Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for effectiveness and potential side effects.
• Health Monitoring : Assess and document residents' health status, promptly reporting any changes to the nursing team.
• Collaboration : Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for residents.
• Education : Offer education and support to residents and their families regarding health management and wellness practices.
