WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO :

As a nurse (LPN) at Nazareth Home, you will provide nursing services to residents consistent with their comprehensive assessment and plan of care. You will maintain a homelike environment for residents. You will protect and promote resident rights. You will assist each resident to maintain independence and control to the greatest extent possible.

THESE ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Licensed by the Kentucky Board of Nursing as a licensed practical nurse

Current CPR certification

LOCATIONS : Two Nazareth Home campuses

Clifton - 2120 Payne Street, Louisville, KY 40206

LPN - 6 : 30am - 7 : 00pm full and part time

LPN - 6 : 30pm - 7 : 00am full time

Desk Nurse - 6 : 30am to 7 : 00pm full time

PRN

Highlands - 2000 Newburg Rd, Louisville, KY 40205

LPN Charge - 12-hour nights (6 : 15am - 6 : 45pm) full time
