Mental Health Therapist - Hybrid

BTST works to stay on the cutting edge of technological advancements to provide our clients with the most efficient and accessible care in an ever-changing society. BTST takes an individualized and strength-based approach to care as we realize that each persons need and required treatment modalities are unique and vary case by case.
WHAT YOULL DO :
- Provide mental health services including assessments to individuals and families during sessions
- Prepares correspondence progress notes and other records on individual progress.
- Provide the necessary care and support to help patients cope with various life challenges to improve their lives.
- Ask questions and listen to help patients explore their thoughts and feelings.
- Provide high-quality evidence-based care to improve outcomes.
- Demonstrate the knowledge and ability to adhere to the areas of regulatory compliance professional standards and ethical practices.
- Meet with assigned consumers weekly or otherwise as determined by the needs of the consumer.
- Attend individual and / or group supervision at a frequency determined by the program supervisor and professional licensing body.
