About the Community :

Beware! People that come here tend to fall in love and stay here. We are located in the Texas panhandle. Home of a University (40K+ students), beautiful sunsets, plenty of land, and friendly people. It's a family-friendly paradise with great schools, entertainment, museums, youth sports, and most importantly it is safe. Commutes are a breeze as you can get to anywhere in the city in less than 20 minutes.
