JOB SUMMARY :

To support all Youth Sales related activities.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Administrative duties associated with :
  • Supporting all efforts related to the Graduation Events
  • Communicating with internal and external clients
  • Answering and responding to inquiries on the Youth Sales phone line
  • Responding to email inquiries related to Youth Programs
  • Responsible for supporting the sales efforts of the Youth Sales team.
  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy procedures training and team member involvement activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION :

  • High school degree or GED required.
  • Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred.

    • EXPERIENCE :

  • 1 year Hotel / Hospitality industry administrative experience (preferably sales) required.
  • Experience with SalesForce customer management software and student group travel operators preferred.

    • ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :

  • SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS & ABILITIES :

    • Microsoft Office

  • Sales and Marketing
  • Flexibility
