JOB SUMMARY :
To support all Youth Sales related activities.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Administrative duties associated with :
- Supporting all efforts related to the Graduation Events
- Communicating with internal and external clients
- Answering and responding to inquiries on the Youth Sales phone line
- Responding to email inquiries related to Youth Programs
- Responsible for supporting the sales efforts of the Youth Sales team.
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy procedures training and team member involvement activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION :
High school degree or GED required.Associate degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred.EXPERIENCE :
1 year Hotel / Hospitality industry administrative experience (preferably sales) required.Experience with SalesForce customer management software and student group travel operators preferred.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :
