Position: Graphic Designer

Location: Hybrid in the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia)

As a Graphic Designer, you'll help shape the way educators and families experience our brand. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver design solutions that support marketing campaigns, product launches, training materials, and more.

• Designing compelling visuals for emails, web pages, product images, packaging, presentations, social media, and print marketing materials.

• Bringing creative concepts to life through brainstorming, collaboration, and excellent execution.

• Ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints, while supporting new creative ideas.

• Participating in the entire design process-from concept and layout to final file delivery.

• Partnering with Marketing, Product, and Sourcing teams to create impactful, cost-effective designs.

• Mentoring and collaborating with other designers to raise the creative bar.

• Staying current on design trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation.

• A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent experience.

• 2+ years of hands-on design experience in a professional setting.

• Expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).

• Experience with Figma or Sketch is a plus.

• Strong visual design skills-think typography, layout, and color theory.

• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management.

• A collaborative mindset with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.

• A passion for education and creating purposeful, meaningful design.

• Have experience working in education, publishing, or e-learning industries.
• Have experience designing PowerPoint presentations.
• Have photography experience.
• Know your way around project management tools like Robohead.
• Have experience with Figma or Sketch.
• Can step in to support team leadership and onboarding when needed.
