Job Summary :

Hillsboro Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a friendly, dependable, and professional Weekend Receptionist / Hospitality Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the welcoming face of our facility, supporting building entry and exit, greeting visitors, assisting residents and staff, and helping maintain smooth communication throughout the weekend.

Essential Functions :

Front Desk & Visitor Support :

Greet and assist all visitors, residents, and staff in a courteous and professional manner

Manage building entry and exit—ensuring visitor sign-in / out procedures are followed

Answer and route phone calls to the appropriate departments

Maintain a welcoming and organized front lobby area

Support a positive and professional first impression of our facility

Hospitality & Staff Support :

Assist nursing and administrative staff with light clerical or hospitality-related tasks as needed

Aid residents or visitors with directions, information, or basic support

Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure smooth weekend operations

Help ensure the safety and security of the building by monitoring visitor activity and following facility protocols
