Location :  Chicagoland Area (Hybrid : Office + Client Site Visits)

Employment Type :  Full-Time

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Partner – Luxury Smart Home Integration professional who can drive new opportunities and partnerships in the Chicago market. You’ll be a key part of our growth journey—building meaningful relationships, identifying new opportunities, and fostering strategic partnerships. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys connecting with others, and is passionate about helping clients bring their spaces to life with cutting-edge technology.

Who YOU are :

  • Someone with strong connections in architecture, construction, interior design, or luxury real estate
  • Proven experience generating high-value leads
  • A self-starter who understands the premium residential or commercial market
  • Experience in AV, automation, or home integration is a plus
  • Have a strong network in the luxury space
  • Know how to talk to developers, designers, house managers and homeowners
  • Are hungry to earn — commission or partnership structure available
  • Understand (or want to learn about) smart home tech
  • Someone who can bring business - we will close it!

  • Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary :
  • $90,000 – $110,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)

  • Commission Potential :
  • 5% – 6% on net new business revenue, with tiered incentives for exceeding quarterly targets
