Client Relationship Associate

A company is looking for a Client Relationship Associate to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate and collaborate with clients and team members to provide excellent customer service

Prepare for client meetings by reviewing accounts and ensuring all data is updated and relevant

Maintain data integrity for client accounts and use CRM systems for tracking and documenting information

Required Qualifications

College Degree

1-2 years of experience in a client or customer service role

Experience with technology / software and CRM systems

Desire to provide high-quality customer service

Experience in financial services or a professional services environment is preferred
