  • Setting : Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
  • Location : Fresno, CA
  • Schedule : Full-Time | Monday-Friday
  • Type : Direct Hire / Permanent Placement

About the Facility :

Join a respected Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Fresno known for delivering high-quality rehab services and fostering a collaborative therapy department. You'll have the tools and support you need to succeed-whether you're a new grad or seasoned OT.

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Estimated Rate Range : $ 50-60 / hr , depending on experience, setting, location, and status
  • Comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k)
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) & Holidays

  • Some positions offer a sign-on bonus or relocation

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence
  • Document progress and adjust plans as needed
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
  • Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs

    • Qualifications :

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Current CA license (or eligibility)
  • Passionate about improving patient quality of life
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
