Industry leader in workspace transformation and solutions seeks consultative outside b2b sales representative responsible for generating new sales volume, targeting account development and account penetration by driving new business opportunities through cross-selling products and services.

• Networks extensively for leads with business groups, real estate brokers, A&D community, local community organizations, industry organizations and develops relationships.
• Works closely with dealership's manufacturer representatives and corporate account groups to target sales opportunities.
• Collaborates on development of typicals, layouts, and product specifications with internal project team and outside parties including furniture manufacturers and A&D firms
• Professional presentation skills
• Maintain project budget and profitability
• Ensures documentation of all account activity and timely invoicing and project closeout
• Achieves monthly, quarterly and yearly sales and margin goals
