The Assistant Superintendent plays a crucial role in orchestrating field operations for designated areas and self-performed or subcontracted trades on a given project. This involves meticulous coordination to ensure that construction activities align with the project's planned sequence and schedule. Assistant Superintendents take charge of implementing and enforcing essential safety and quality control procedures throughout the construction process. Their responsibilities encompass overseeing the day-to-day activities in their assigned areas, collaborating with various trades, and ensuring that work is executed efficiently and in compliance with established standards. Wage Transparency In accordance with the Maryland Wage Transparency Law, the base salary range for this position is : $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 Coakley & Williams Construction offers a comprehensive total compensation and benefits package that includes health, dental and vision coverage, employer-matched 401(k), paid time off and holidays, performance-based bonuses, wellness program, and other voluntary benefits and leave types. The determination of salary is based on the candidate's individual professional experience, qualifications, education, skills, and training.
