Suites Pantry Coordinator

We are looking for a responsible and proactive individual to join our team as a Suite Pantry Coordinator for events at the KFC Yum! Center. In this role, you will oversee the operation of the suite pantry, ensuring that food items are stocked, and beverages, especially liquor, are monitored and served in compliance with stadium policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage the suite pantry inventory, including restocking food items and supplies as needed.

· Monitor and maintain the stock of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

· Ensure compliance with all state and local laws regarding the sale and service of alcoholic beverages.

· Supervise suite attendants and ensure they are following proper procedures for food and beverage service.

· Coordinate with catering staff to ensure timely delivery and presentation of food items.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the suite pantry area.

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality management is a plus.

· Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hospitality or stadium environment.

· Strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages and experience with responsible beverage service practices.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work effectively under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong communication and customer service skills.

· Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on game schedules.
