Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Clinical Care and Operational Leadership

As the Clinical Director, you will drive both patient outcomes and clinical efficiency:

• Patient Care Excellence: Provide high-quality physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, utilizing your advanced clinical skills.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor clinical staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensure excellent patient outcomes are consistently achieved.

• Compliance & Administration: Maintain patient and operational documentation in strict compliance with state and federal regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or MPT).
