About the Role
As a Construction Program Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Project Management Team on diverse initiatives that span from Design to Completion. Your focus will be on ensuring effective, efficient, and timely utilization of web-based Project Management systems for Procurement and Construction Bid support, while maintaining data integrity and enhancing reporting accuracy. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in architectural design, contractor bid administration, and construction methodologies.
What You'll Do
Oversee the Construction RFP / Bid Process, ensuring procurement standards, bidder instructions, leveling, and awards are consistently upheld, from the initiation to the closeout phase.
Coordinate and track Procurement Orders for trade equipment, collaborating with the Design Team, Vendors, and Project Managers using web-based systems. This includes managing submittals with Architects, RFP administration with Vendors, and logistics with General Contractors.
Monitor the workload and performance of Vendors, Architects, General Contractors, and Key Material Suppliers, providing regular reports to Project Managers for informed decision-making.
Develop and maintain strong Vendor relationships to ensure high-quality service and communication, minimizing escalations and enhancing client satisfaction.
Ensure that all project data and documentation are accurate, timely, and well-coordinated, and facilitate regular Vendor meetings.
Identify project risks, create risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement solutions to reduce or eliminate these risks.
Analyze business requirements from various sources to resolve dependencies and ensure consistency across initiatives.
Utilize advanced knowledge of construction principles and techniques to tackle complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
What You'll Need
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in General Contractor Bid Administration, Bid Leveling, or Estimating.
A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, accompanied by 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of work experience and education will be considered. Certifications such as LEED AP, PMP, or CMM are advantageous.
Experience in Retail Construction or the Financial / Professional Services Sector is preferred.
Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.). Familiarity with Smartsheet or QuickBase is a plus.
Knowledge of project management software programs (e.g., Kahua, Procore, OVP, Autodesk) is preferred.

The anticipated minimum salary for this position is $90,000 annually, with a maximum of $110,000 annually. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience. Qualified candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's benefit programs, along with comprehensive benefits package including 401(K), dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, and vision insurance.
