We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Shift Leaders at Alpaca Chicken. In this role, you will assist the General Manager and Assistant Manager in running successful shifts while ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers. As a leader on the team, you will oversee daily operations, assign roles, complete essential paperwork, and maintain communication with management to address store needs. By fostering a positive and efficient work environment, you will help ensure the success of our team and the satisfaction of our guests.
