Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in healthcare-specific Product Management, Plan Operations, or Strategy & Ops roles

Strong healthcare domain expertise, particularly in health plan operations or payment systems

Demonstrated ability to deliver high-complexity, 0-1 solutions

Proven track record of operational excellence

Comfort operating in ambiguity and iterating based on feedback
