[job_card.job_description]Ten (10) years of hands-on technical experience with the following : system backup / recovery; basic software management; security management; network management; operating computer systems; sizing, performance, tuning, installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware; operation systems and Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) software; hardware / software / network design, troubleshooting, and resource allocation. As per Department of Defense (DoD) Directive 8140 or superseding documentation, this position shall require Information Assurance Technicians (IAT) Level 2 or higher under specialty area 45 – System Administrator with certification in current Operating Systems and Information Security. This position shall also require an IT-1 level designation in Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS). Position is contingent upon award. Manage, configure, and maintain hardware, operating systems, networks, and COTS software to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Perform system backup and recovery, software management, security management, and troubleshooting of hardware / software / network issues. Allocate resources, tune system performance, and support system design and installation activities. Ensure compliance with DoD Directive 8140 and maintain required IAT Level 2 (or higher) certification in system administration and information security. Maintain IT-1 level designation in JPAS and adhere to all applicable Department of Defense security protocols.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Systems Administrator to join our team!
Responsibilities :
- Manage, configure, and maintain hardware, operating systems, networks, and COTS software to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
