Location : Largo, FL 33771

Pay : $25 – $28 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM (flexible start time available)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HAAS CNC Programmer and Operator to join our specialty group within a larger manufacturing organization. You'll be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating one CNC mill and one CNC lathe to produce precision components.

Key Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate HAAS CNC mills and lathes
• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions
• Perform tool changes, offsets, and quality inspections
• Maintain equipment and ensure work area safety and cleanliness
• Collaborate with the team to improve machining processes and efficiency
