Manager, Union Payroll

A company is looking for a Manager of Union Payroll (Commercials).

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Commercials Union Payroll Operations team to meet or exceed payroll processing and remittance KPIs

Act as the primary expert on Commercials union payroll, ensuring compliance with AICP and PHBP agreements

Manage internal and external escalations, audits, and client issues related to Commercials union payroll

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of payroll operations experience, specifically in union Commercials payroll

2-3 years of people management experience with direct oversight of payroll operations

Deep knowledge of AICP and PHBP agreements and associated union terms

Experience executing or overseeing Commercials union payroll processing and remittances

Ability to manually calculate and validate Commercials union timecards
