The Summer Internship Program :

Ready to gain hands-on experience working with live client briefs and contribute to work that makes a cultural impact? Our Summer Internship is the place for you. For 10 weeks, from June to August, interns jump right into the action, contributing to current campaigns and fast-moving projects alongside our award-winning creative teams. Interns gain wide exposure to different brands and creative leaders, with dedicated mentorship to sharpen their craft and gain the real-world experience that makes a portfolio shine.

What We're Looking For : Technical Producer

We're not just interested in what you've done, but how you think. To be considered for a creative role, your application must include a link to a portfolio or sample of work - show us your creative process and unique point of view.

You are a 'Maker', a native 'Content Creator'.You want to learn anything and everything you can about the ins / outs of in-house video production and post-production. From directing, lighting, set direction, editing and sound engineering. You also have a knack for the latest production tech in AI, how it's helpful tool for creating quick turn social and maybe can teach us a thing or two.

What You'll Be Doing :

Learning the basics of small, medium content and post-production by shadowing our Ogilvy Studio production team. Whether it's shadowing our Sound Engineer in a VO session or organizing video footage for our Editors to acting as a PA for an in-house production. Whatever the task, you have a 'can do' attitude ready to jump in to support & be part of the team.

The Fine Print :

• Locations : The 2026 Summer Internship Program will be offered in our Chicago and New York offices. This specific posting is open to candidates for our Chicago office only.
• Hybrid Model : This is a full-time (35-40 hours a week) paid internship that operates in a hybrid model, with 3-4 days expected to be in office. To ensure you can fully immerse yourself in our collaborative culture, come the start of the program in June, you must be located within a commutable distance of the office you plan to work in.
• Eligibility : All applicants must be 18 years or older, have current and future U.S. work authorization, and submit a link to a portfolio or sample of work.

The compensation for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. Pay Range

$20 — $25 USD
