Senior Program Manager
Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Program Manager to support the C3I and Infrastructure Division (AFLCMC / HNI) at Langley Air Force Base in VA. The division provides enterprise support to more than 110 active Air Force, Air National Guard, and Air Force Reserve installations, as well as delivering technical and policy support and C3I infrastructure for USAF enterprise applications.
The Senior Program Manager provides program management support in accordance with DoDI 5000.02, AFI 63-101 / 20-101, and other applicable guidance. This position applies knowledge of acquisition principles, policies, and practices to assist in planning, research, analysis, assessment, and reporting across all program phases.
Responsibilities
In this Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) role, you will provide expert-level support to Department of Defense (DoD) programs by assisting government leadership with decision-making, planning, and execution throughout the acquisition lifecycle. You will apply your technical and / or professional expertise to ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations, contribute to mission success, and help deliver critical capabilities to the warfighter.

Qualifications
Citizenship : Must be a US citizen
Minimum Required Qualifications
Clearance : Must have and be able to maintain an Active Secret Clearance
Education / Experience : BA / BS degree and 15 years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, of which 5 years must be in the DoD; OR
20 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the Functionally Aligned Job Descriptions, of which 8 years must be in the DoD.
Preferred Qualifications
Education / Experience : Advanced degree (MA / MS) and 12 years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, of which 5 years must be in the DoD.
Technical Skills
Acquisition and program management (DoDI 5000.02, AFI 63-101 / 20-101)
Schedule and cost baseline assessment
Development of acquisition reports (DAES, MAR, etc.)
IMP / IMS review support
Development of acquisition briefings, documents, and plans
Interpersonal Skills
Effective oral and written communication
Ability to brief and support senior-level meetings and reviews
Ability to oversee and support program management activities
