[job_card.job_description]Writes clear, accurate and measurable requirements in the format of user stories with acceptance criteria (5 Years) Creates and maintains documentation used to communicate business process information, system functionality and other materials needed for support (5 Years) Experience writing interface requirements and related documentation such as source to target mapping (3 Years) Facilitates, leads and participates in effective meetings to understand the problem / opportunity, gather requirements and facilitate UAT (5 Years) Writes basic SQL queries (select statements only) to find, analyze and summarize data findings (2 Years) Experience learning new systems, processes and procedures (5 Years) Balances multiple complex assignments with minimal assistance (5 Years) Tracks down the source & details surrounding a problem / opportunity, accurately analyzes it and clearly identifies the activities needed to address it. (5 Years) Full SDLC experience on agile, waterfall and hybrid methodologies (5 Years) Ability to read and interpret vendor API information (2 Years) Experience working with and partnering with vendor support (2 Years) Experience using Atlassian JIRA to manage requirements (2 Years) Suitable candidates must be comfortable working in a highly dynamic collaborative work environment to meet the needs of multiple business lines and supporting a portfolio comprised of a wide variety of custom applications and third-party platforms and integrations. As a Senior Business Systems Analyst on the team, you will be responsible for ensuring that business needs are well understood, documented, and communicated to the technical resources responsible. Assignments may include analysis and design of new features and platform implementation as well as partnering with both business stakeholders and technical resources to prioritize, manage, troubleshoot and implement small to medium-size enhancement. Problem-solving and triage support for urgent production break fix resolution is also required.
