Compensation : $80,000 - $110,000 per year (DOE)

Experience Required : 5 or more years in commercial estimating and project management or equivalent

About the Construction Estimator Role,We are seeking aConstruction Estimatorwith strong experience in commercial construction to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing the full lifecycle of project proposals from site visits to final estimates.

Estimator - Commercial Construction Key Responsibilities :

• Evaluate client requests and develop detailed, accurate proposals
• Perform construction bidding and cost estimating
• Formulate a written schedule of values for the proposed work
• Conduct pre-bid site visits and assessments
• Review bid documents and manage the proposal process
• Prepare conceptual scope of work drawings
• Creating simple CAD or equivalent drawings for proposal purposes
• Prepare and distribute proposal packages with all bidding documentation to solicit pricing from vendors and subcontractors
• Source new subcontractors and vendors
• Maintain and update historical cost data and vendor lists
• Proficient with blueprints reading
• Knowledge of construction principles and construction codes requirements
• OSHA 30 certified
• Willing to travel
