Position Overview

Were seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to generate and close painting project leads in both residential and commercial sectors. This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for delivering customer-focused solutions.

Youll play a key role in growing our customer base, building long-term client relationships, and ensuring every project starts with clarity, confidence, and excitement.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new residential and commercial painting leads
  
  
• Conduct on-site consultations and estimates with prospective clients
  
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, property managers, contractors, and business owners
  
  
• Follow up on inbound leads and referrals in a timely manner
  
  
• Prepare and deliver professional proposals and service presentations
  
  
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
  
  
• Work closely with project manager to ensure smooth project handoffs
  
  
• Maintain accurate records in CRM system
  
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience (experience in painting, construction, or home improvement industry is a plus)
  
  
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  
  
• Ability to measure spaces and understand basic project scope
  
  
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
  
  
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
  
  
• Comfortable with CRM tools and basic technology
