Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Description of the role :

University Home Care is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Macomb, MI.

The LPN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring the well-being of our patients.

There are two shift available for this position, they are the following : two hour in the morning or two hours in the evening Monday through Saturday.

Responsibilities :

• Administering medications and treatments
• Monitoring patient health and reporting changes to healthcare providers
• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Educating patients and families on health issues
• Maintaining accurate patient records
